WHAT TO EXPECT
What To Expect
1. Mingle & Network (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
Start the evening with an informal networking session where you can grab a drink, meet like-minded professionals, and explore potential partnerships. It’s the perfect ice-breaker to get those creative juices flowing.
2. Spotlight Presentations (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Take the stage and shine a light on your creative business, ongoing projects, or innovative ideas. This is your chance to showcase your work to an audience of fellow creators and potential clients. Each presentation is followed by a short Q&A session to dive deeper into your ideas.

3. Idea Exchange & Collaboration Hub (8:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Bring your ideas to life by collaborating with other creatives. This dedicated hour is all about finding the right people to partner with and kicking off exciting new projects. Our team at MergeXR is also here to help facilitate introductions and connections that can lead to future successes.
